When opened on your PC, your wallet is connected to the ArtByte Network, which creates (mines) new ArtBytes. When you start the miner, your PC will also mine artbytes. There are two ways to mine from the wallet, Solo and Pool. Pool mining is the most effective, because you share computer power with all the other computers on the network. The wallet defaults to Pool mining. We do not recommend Solo mining.
